AT&T has LTE-M and FirstNet as Internet of Things connectivity for healthcare with an option for healthcare personnel to get uninterrupted communication connectivity. AT&T has developed tools with emerging protocols using AI such with vendors such as;
Aira- developed AI model that recognizes and integrates medications into Aira’s AI assistant, Chloe
Hanger- developed 5 devices that prototype the knee prosthetic which included sensors and gave about its use, connectivity to app using cellular channel that can be accessed by providers and patients.
As for Internet of Things connectivity, 5G revolution which is 5G + Edge Computing is going to be used for reliability, lower latency, better coverage, and massive device connectivity.
